The Maquet Datascope CS300 Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) with IntelliSense combines fiber-optic speed with automatic in vivo calibration, delivering faster therapy, quicker signal acquisition, and rapid adaptation to changes in heart rate and rhythm. It is the only fiber-optic IABP and catheter system that automatically calibrates within the patient after insertion and re-calibrates every two hours—or sooner if patient or environmental conditions change.
